McKinley Tenants Association originated out of Traver Crossing in the early pandemic days of 2020, where they first organized together to obtain a rent freeze. Since that initial victory, MTA has been building tenant power to organize against McKinley's high rent increases, unacceptable living conditions of rentals, and more.
